Crèmes Brûlées

Ingredients for 6 people, individual crème brûlées (10cm in diameter):

200g skim milk
400g liquid cream (35% fat)
2 egg yolks
1 vanilla pod
50g Natsuc birch sugar

 

 Preparation:

Whisk together all the ingredients and bake in the oven.

Bake at 120°C for 20 minutes
