Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 yogurt
125 g walnut kernels
70 g flour
65 g Natsuc
100 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
While the oven is preheating th.6-7 (200 ° C), prepare the dough for this easy cake in a salad bowl: first add the eggs, the Natsuc and the vanilla flavor, then vigorously mix them with the spoon to lather.
Then add the yogurt, 80 g melted butter and the kernels of crushed nuts in a food processor or pestle, being careful to keep a little texture and not to make powder and mix again. Finally, incorporate the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Butter a brownie pan (about 20 x 20 cm) with the remaining butter (softened or melted), then pour the cake batter into it. Regarding the baking time, count more or less 30 min depending on the thickness, and as for a chocolate or yogurt cake, check that it is perfectly soft by planting a knife blade: it should come out barely damp.
Let the nut cake cool before removing from the mold, and serve it in square pieces, possibly decorated with a few walnut kernels or, for the gourmet, a caramelized banana.
