250g ricotta cheese
250g Philadelphia cheese
12g maple syrup
6g cornstarch
4 eggs
175g Natsuc birch sugar
Preparation:
Whisk all the ingredients together.
Assemble and bake as you would for a regular cheesecake.
Bake at 140°C for 45 minutes
