Vanilla cake

Ingredients for 2 cakes that serve 8/10 people each:

450g butter
500g Natsuc birch sugar
150g concentrated apple juice
11 eggs
3 vanilla pods
2 sachets yeast
5g salt
650g flour
250g wholegrain rice flour

 

Preparation:

Beat the Natsuc with the salt, butter, concentrated apple juice, vanilla pods and yeast.

When you have a smooth mixture, sprinkle in the flour then fold in the eggs one by one.

Pour into a tin and bake.

Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes
